Pallet racking manufacturing has been NAS Group's core business since 1972, producing heavy-duty pallet racking systems and product lines for warehouses across Canada. Because we engineer and manufacture everything in our own facilities, every system is built around your layout, load capacities, and seismic requirements.

NAS Group operates four manufacturing facilities across Canada, totalling 350,000 sq. ft. of production space: Colborne, Ontario (175,000 sq. ft.), Whitby, Ontario (93,000 sq. ft.), Nisku, Alberta (52,000 sq. ft.), and Mississauga, Ontario (30,000 sq. ft.). With plants in both Eastern and Western Canada, we keep production close to our customers.

NAS Group manufactures all three in Canada, plus its proprietary Hybrid Racking, which combines Structural and Roll Formed components for durability at a lower overall cost.
What standards does pallet racking need to meet in Canada?
Pallet racking in Canada is typically designed to the National Building Code of Canada 2025 and CSA S345, with use and inspection guided by CSA A344, along with provincial building codes and seismic requirements. NAS Group engineers all of its storage systems to meet or exceed these standards.
How long does it take to get pallet racking?
Lead time depends on the project, including the size of the system, the type of racking, engineering and permit requirements, and whether components are custom or standard. Because NAS Group manufactures in four Canadian facilities, it can schedule production across plants and avoid the overseas shipping delays common with imported racking.
